Lentils are one of nature’s most nourishing foods. This Portuguese-inspired lentil soup is high in plant-based protein and rich in dietary fiber, helping you feel fuller for longer while supporting balanced nutrition. Lentils are naturally low in fat, contain no cholesterol, and are packed with essential micronutrients such as iron, folate, magnesium, potassium, and B vitamins — making them a smart choice for everyday meals.
Add base to COLD water, stir to dissolve, bring to a rolling boil for 3 minutes and serve.
Mix ratio 1 scoop to 2 liters of water.
12 kg produces ~ 316 liters of soup.
Empty pouch into a mug. Boil 250 ml of water in a kettle. Add water to the mug and stir to dissolve. Wait for 3 minutes and enjoy!
